Collection of unpaid judgment. Attorney Kalikas successfully collected the final portion of an unpaid judgment in the sum of $123K on behalf of his clients, Robert and Temira Ingram. Mr. & Mrs. Ingram as first time home buyers were the victims of fraud. The case went to trial in January, 2004. After a three week jury trial, Attorney Kalikas obtained a total judgment of 199K. Attorney Kalikas and his support staff diligently located assets owned by the defendants and proceeded with a Sherrif’s sale of the property. The defendants finally paid the judgment two weeks before the property went to sale.
